Vector Studios India (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates the mobile application Lumi AI (“App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use Lumi AI.
When you use Lumi AI, we collect the following information:
We do not collect your name, email, or other personal identifiers unless you voluntarily include them inside a conversation.
We use your conversations and images to process and respond to your requests and to generate AI responses.
Your conversation text and images are stored locally on your device initially. When you send a message or image, the data is transmitted to our own AI API (operated by Vector Studios India) for processing. We may share the conversation and images with our AI processing services in order to provide responses.
We do not sell your data to advertisers or unrelated third parties.
We retain conversation text and images indefinitely. Currently, deletion requests are not supported and data cannot be removed on demand.
Lumi AI is available for all age groups, including children. If you are under 18, please use the App with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.
No special encryption or advanced security measures are implemented beyond standard operation of the App at this time.
